The following registration fees apply*:
Onsite delegate registration: EUR 150
Early bird delegate registration: EUR 100 /Early bird registration closing: 15 October 2013/
Regular delegate registration: EUR 120 /15 October 2013 – 5 November 2013/

Registration fees are payable in EUR or BGN. You will need to complete your credit card details or bank transfer as part of the online registration process in order to secure your booking.
Please note that any online registrations received with a declined payment will not be confirmed.

The deadline for cancellation is 20 October 2013. Should you wish to cancel or modify your registration you must notify the Conference Registration Manager in writing before this date.
Cancellation will incur an administration fee:
Delegates: 30 EUR
Refunds will be reimbursed 60 days after the end of the event. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 20 October 2013.
Registrations may only be transferred to another member of the same organization. No transfers will be accepted after 1 November 2013.

To secure your place on the conference you must make payment at the end of your online registration application. After 5 November 2013 delegates will have to register on-site during the official registration hours.
